Background
Kora Fashion is an early-stage B2B SaaS start-up founded by two former Meta employees, with Daniel Wellington among its pilot customers. I joined as the first external hire, with commercial responsibility for Norway: booking meetings, onboarding customers and identifying new markets together with the CTO.
What I built
- Lead sourcing. AI tools that find and qualify prospective customers, so outreach time goes to the accounts most likely to convert.
- Meeting preparation. A platform that assembles the context I need before a client meeting.
- Onboarding. The same platform doubles as onboarding material for new GTM hires.
What I took from it
Working at a company this early means that the process is yours to design. Building the tooling myself made the sales motion faster and repeatable, and taught me to treat a commercial problem the way I would treat a model: define the inputs, automate what is mechanical and spend judgement where it matters.
