Background

Cyber Snails was a Web3 project that I co-founded during the 2021 NFT cycle. I was responsible for the commercial side of the project.

The work

My job was to build demand ahead of the launch: positioning, community growth and partnerships. The collection sold out on launch day, raising NOK 6 million.

What I took from it

It was an early lesson in how quickly sentiment can create and destroy value in a market, and in the gap between price and fundamentals. That question, what something is actually worth, is a large part of why I chose to study finance.
